The official timekeepers have requested that riders place their numbers over the left rear pocket on jerseys, and call out their own number when passing. You will not get a faster time by calling out someone elses number….

Could Paul Gardner return number 18, and in general if all riders could return their numbers to Alasdair’s car at finish each week – makes it simpler you see!

Everyone is also reminded that there is a time trial on the Butlers Cross course on Sunday morning; First rider off at 08:31. 2 laps for Ladies, Juniors and Juveniles (12.5 miles). 3 laps for the Men (18.8miles). Meet at the Village Hall, Ellesborough, HP17 0TX. Full program is available here.

Riders are reminded not to ride through the start after the event’s begun. The signing on worked well, so that pattern will be used again next week. Non-league riders to sign on upon arrival; and issued numbers at 6:45 based on HWCC members (first claim then second); then guest riders.

A few of our MAMIL members have decided to switch from VET to SNR, so overall scores are published for the first time this week.
