Sunday club runs take place on most Sundays throughout the year. We meet at
High Wycombe Guildhall at 9am.
Club runs are social affairs, though to get the most out of them you should be
reasonably fit and capable of riding 50+ miles. There are rides that are
suitable for beginners as well as longer, more testing routes. They are a great
way to learn how to ride in a bunch.
Rides are about 50 – 60 miles with a cafe stop in the middle. We ride as a close
group, two abreast where it’s safe. We regroup at the tops of hills, or if the
bunch gets broken up for any other reason.
The average speed is 15 to 17 mph (24 to 27 kph).
