Turbo training starts at the Club room on Wednesday the 18th of January 2012 at 7.30pm. It will be a 10 week programme, every Wednesday, leading up to the start of the evening league. We will, as per last year, follow a structured and progressive programme.
You will need your own turbo, but the Club has a few spare turbos which will be available each week. It’s worth, also, bringing (in order of priority) a heart rate monitor, towel, an electric fan and something to protect the wooden floor (old sheet/towel).
